Circé

Crozes-Hermitage Blanc

Cette cuvée issue d’une parcelle de loess sur le terroir de l’Homme en bordure de l’appelation Hermitage, dévoilera sur sa jeunesse toute la complexité de la marsanne (acacia, fruits sec, poivre blanc, agrumes). Le vin  de ce lieu-dit nous charme par sa complexité, sa longeur et sa mineralité.

Tel Circé dans la mythologie, cette cuvée ravive le coeur, les sens et l’esprit.

Elevé 50% en barriques et 50% en cuves.

Durée de garde conseillée : 2 à 7 ans.

Accord mets et vins : il sait s’inviter lors d’un repas de l’apéritif jusqu’au dessert : poisson en sauce, saint jacques, fromages de chèvre,

Elixir

Crozes-Hermitage Blanc

Crozes Hermitage

A plot selection from a parcel planted in 1985 (Marsanne grape variety), aged in vats for 8 months. One can distinguish notes of white flowers and citrus fruits with a nice volume.

Recommended aging: 2 to 4 years

Food and wine pairing: Aperitif, cheese (ravioles & St-Marcelin), white meat, charcuterie, fish

Arpège

Hermitage Blanc

This very open hillside , facing south, has a near- constant sunshine throughout the day.

Very nice nose reminiscent of vanilla and honey.

The palate is round with a nice size and notes of raisins.

Term care recommended: 10 to 15 years

Wine and food pairing : aperitif to dessert it will accompany the most refined dishes : foie gras, sea bream

Caprice

Crozes-Hermitage Rouge

Plot selection of the oldest vines on the estate vineyards , aged in 4 to 6 years for 10 – 12 months.

We distinguish notes of licorice , cocoa, violet , black fruit , pepper with lots of volume.

Term care recommended: 2-8 years.

Wine and food pairing : quail squab, dark chocolate, cheese.

Espiègle

Crozes-Hermitage Rouge

Plot selection younger old domain , matured in 4 to 6 years for 10 to 12 months.

We distinguish notes of violets and red fruit with lots of volume.

Wine and food pairing : grilled piece of beef a la plancha , chocolate desserts, white meat , charcuterie.
